What I Look For In A Plumbing Company

I just wanted to share my thoughts on what I look for in a plumbing company. First of all they need to have great reviews, and many of them. Avoid working with plumbers with bad or few reviews.

The second thing I look for is that they have good customer service. If I call the company on the phone, I expect to have my questions answered clearly and politely. Unfortunately sometimes I have encountered that the secretary or plumber have poor manners.

Once I have found a company that has good reviews and good customer service like Austin Plumber, I will do business with them. It's important that they show up during the time frame window that they give me. I don't mind if they have a long window, but it's courteous to get there during that promised window.

Finally it's important that they fix the problem that I had. If there are additional charges on the invoice, they better be legitimate charges. I can't stand a plumbing company that rips off their clients.

If all four criteria are met, I am a happy customer. I'll usually write an online review, and also tell my friends and family about the great service I got.
